You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to shipping the order. Please call us at 501-307-5256 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

If you need to exchange an item

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any art piece within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have been customized to your specifications.

Here is the simple process for returning an item

  • Contact us by calling 501-307-5256 to obtain return instructions. 
  • Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Springfield Wood Art will pay the return-shipping costs.

Please inspect your art when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit contact us at 501-307-5256. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

All items sold by Springfield Wood Art are custom made in our woodworking shop in Dallas, TX. We source rough cut wood locally from various suppliers as well as harvest trees in a selective cutting method which allows us to personally inspect each tree prior to harvesting to minimize environmental impact.
